Just got mine from QVC and they may be getting it back . The Users Guide is lousy , the volume is not controlable and very low on playback and the 3X zoom does not work , everything is blurry . I tried calling Kodak , this is , of course , outsourced and got nowwhere because it is so new , they have very little instruction on it .
